Hailey joined Nicor Group in April of 2017 as our receptionist. She has already taken on the additional responsibilities of an Assistant Community Manager. She has a certificate in early childhood education and has shown a great aptitude for property management. Hailey embodies our company values, especially our commitment to connecting with customers. Arthur Bonneau CPA, CA
chief financial officer
Arthur joined the Nicor team in November of 2016. He graduated from the University of Regina in 2011 with a degree in Business Administration before articling with Virtus Group LL later that year. Arthur graduated from the Chartered Accountant School of Business and successfully challenged the UFE in September of 2013. He quickly advanced to the position of manager, with a diverse portfolio, dealing with owner managed businesses, financial institutions, oil and gas resource companies, regional health authorities, school divisions, and First Nations entities

Morgan came to Nicor in January of 2017, fresh off a ten year career as a journalist with CTV news. She has degrees in English and Journalism from the University of Saskatchewan and Regina respectively and loves working with people. When she's not in the office working on the website or promotions, you can find Morgan showing Nicor's rental suites to prospective tenants.
Jay has been with Nicor since 2014. He joined us from Regina Housing where he worked as a caretaker. Jay has more than 20 years experience in caretaking and site management and currently oversees six residential and commercial buildings for Nicor Group. He is a certified boiler operator with expertise in plumbing, electrical and construction, a self-professed "Jack of all trades, master of none."
Praveen joined Nicor Group in 2014. He has over 12 years experience in Accounting, Financial Services, Banking and Academics. Prior to joining Nicor, he worked as a Wealth Manager at HSBC Bank, a Financial Services Representative at CIBC, and a Senior Lecturer at Albertian Institute of Management in Kerala, India. Praveen has a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA). He Has successfully completed the Business Certificate program in Honors at SIAST and is currently pursuing a Master of Forensic Accounting (MFAcc) at University of Toronto.
Sefi started work at Nicor in 2013. He has an Honour’s Diploma in Accounting, Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce ( Accounting) and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration ( Finance). Sefi has six years' experience in the field of accounting and finance and is working towards a CPA designation. He is a real asset to the Nicor team providing professional accounting services to a portfolio of residential and commercial condominiums along with Katepwa RV Park and Family Nine Golf Course.

Ron came to Nicor in 2014, bringing with him 35 years of work experience, including 25 years as a provincial civil servant. Ron's organizational skills and work ethic make him a natural leader. He has worked with various Boards and project management teams, developing and managing budgets. Ron's expertise has been vital in the completion of many of Nicor's most successful builds and renovations.
Christie joined Nicor in February of 2017 working at the reception desk. She quickly made the transition to Community Manager, taking on a full portfolio within six months. Christie is a fast learner. In September of 2017, she became a fully licensed Realtor.
Doug has been with Nicor since the beginning. He has served as Construction Manager, Project Manager, Asbestos Abatement lead and Realtor. Doug got his Real Estate License in 1990 and became the Broker of Nicor Realty in 2016. Doug has expertise in complex condo sales but also handles commercial and residential properties. Away from Nicor, Doug has owned and managed eight rental units with his wife Sharon for the past 32 years.
Ross and his wife Susan founded Nicor in 1989. Prior to that, Ross worked as a commercial lawyer. He became interested in real estate development and community planning, and specialized in adaptive reuse of existing buildings including a number of important heritage sites. Ross and Susan take great pride in the contribution that Nicor projects have made to the community.
Nicor has been lucky to have Sharon as part of the team since 1991. In that time, she has worn many hats but focuses on a support role to the accounting department. Sharon brings extensive experience having managed her own family business for decades, she has also completed a secretarial course.
Jered made with switch to Nicor Group in April of 2017, after 25 years with his family business, including 15 as manager.
Jered has a special talent for customer relations, retail sales and commercial and residential real estate. These skills serve him well in his role as Nicor Commercial Manager, overseeing everything from high-rise Regina apartments to downtown commercial rentals, to RV campgrounds in resort villages.
Jennie has been with Nicor since 2012. She has been in Regina for almost ten years but has more than 25 years' experience in property management, mostly in Alberta, as well as a few years in BC. Jennie has held several positions over the course of her career including Finance Manager and Director of Finance and Administration.
Terry is one of Nicor's longest serving staff members. She joined the company on a part time basis in 2008, helping with data entry and payroll. Terry was reentering the work force after taking time off to be a stay -at -home mom on the farm. Nicor made the transition back to work easy and she's been here ever since. Prior to her time at Nicor, Terry worked with accounting firms Clarkson Gordon and Ernst & Young.
Jay, or Lady Jay as she is known around the office, came to Nicor in 2015. Previous to her time here, Jay owned her own business in Lanigan. Her expertise ranges from rental, developer take over to Site Management, master chef to socialite extraordinaire. As Senior Community Manager, Jay oversees a diverse portfolio of mixed residential and commercial condominiums.
Arley has been with Nicor since 2004. He came to us from Harvest Community Inc. where he worked for 14 years. Arley has his 5th class power engineer's certificate and building systems technology certificate. Arley has had too many jobs to mention, from mechanic to farm hand, but we are grateful he now applies his skillset to looking after nine of Nicor's residential and commercial properties as Site Manager.
Nicor community management, general manager
Steve started at Nicor in 2012 as a Community Manager. In 2017, he was promoted to General Manager of Nicor Community Management, responsible for five staff, managing 40 condominiums. Steve majored in business and economics at the University of Regina. After university, he started in single family dwelling renovation and resale, a business which he transitioned into a portfolio of self-owned residential rental properties which he has maintained and managed since 2008.
Linda has been a friendly, familiar face at the Nicor office since 2008. In 2017, she transitioned from the reception desk to full time InfoTracker Administrator. Linda is at the helm of Nicor's transition to full integration of an online portal which will revolutionize the customer experience, offering access to a myriad of information services.
Roland Thompson site manager
Roland joined Nicor in 2017 and we are lucky to have him. He has more than 45 years' experience in the construction industry which he puts to good use serving our many condo clients. Roland is a journeyman carpenter with a diverse background in mechanics, engineering, drafting and design.
Derek started at Nicor in 2007 as Development Manager before moving on to run Nicor Construction Ltd. and most recently Nicor's design division. Prior to his time here Derek ran a successful Home Renovation and Construction business for 30 years. As Design Manager, Derek has left his stamp on some of Nicor's biggest heritage restoration projects, such as the Donahue Building, the Leader Building and the John Paul II Centre.
Dan began his career at Nicor Group in 2012, as a project manager. Within two years he was promoted to Chief Operating Officer, before being named CEO in 2016. Before coming to Nicor, Dan worked with the Ranch Ehrlo Society for six years, where he gained invaluable experience dealing with complex situations and thinking on his feet. Dan thrives in the development field, specializing in finding creative real estate solutions. He is married to Lindsay, his high school sweetheart. They have three children.
Lindsay started at Nicor in 2010. Her skillset and adaptability have landed her in many roles, most recently Chief Operating Officer, managing the Operations branch of the company. Lindsay has a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Commerce degree majoring in Human Resources, both from the University of Saskatchewan.
Sravani joined Nicor Group in 2013. She has 8 years experience in accounting and finance. Following completion of a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Computer Applications), and MBA in Finance, Sravani started her career as a Research Associate with Standard and Poor's (S&P) in India before moving to Canada in 2010. She has worked as Accounts Payable Coordinator for Eckler Ltd. and accounting assistant for The Municipal Infrastructure Group (TMIG).
